My yogic journey began in 2004 as a complement to my rigorous dancing schedule. Yoga has since been one of the most balancing facets of my life.
Over the years I craved to have the tools to pass on all that I have learned and love about this practice. In 2012 I trained intensively at White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara to become a teacher of yoga.
I now hope to combine my knowledge of dance and yoga by offering teachings that are supportive and healing for dancers and non-dancers alike. My background gives me a unique perspective on the body and enables me to tune in deeply to the healing powers of yoga.
